Teacher Playbreak Ideas

Do your students sometimes need a playbreak?

 

Remote learning can be tough -- on parents, kids and teachers. Sometimes kids need to stop and get the wiggles out. VONK is a game that is based on simple, quick and silly playful challenges kids can do at home and we thought teachers might want to utilize some of our ideas to give students a short play break. 

 

We have pulled some of our favorite play challenges into a simple list for teachers  to use as quick screen breaks. The challenges are fun and creative and are completed using everyday objects around the house. Perhaps they will spark (fun fact: Vonk is the Dutch word for spark) some of your own ideas too.
